Your privacy and confidentiality is very important to OpenWaldorf. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available from our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

OpenWaldorf's standard practice is to keep your information private and confidential. In some cases, you may contact OpenWaldorf about a specific situation you are experiencing with regards to Waldorf education. Our policy is to keep this information completely private and confidential. When you contact OpenWaldorf, you have complete assurance that your personal information will not be released with out your consent in accordance with the guidelines below.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted to by email, or via forms on the website. On some pages, you can make requests and register to receive materials. You may also choose to confidentially share your personal experiences and ask questions about Waldorf education.

The Way OpenWaldorf Uses Information

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our email updates. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the subscription form or send email to

We also collect user feedback on OpenWaldorf reserves the right to anonymously quote from the feedback we receive in our Mail Bag. Your name and email address will NEVER be published unless you explicitly ask us to do so. If you're comfortable letting us share your name publicly, please state that clearly in your email.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Restrictions on children under 13 does not collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent.
