Waldorf Charter School Pays $50,000 to Settle Lawsuit ?
The Napa Valley Charter School decided to pony-up $50,000 to prevent a lawsuit from going to court. "Our IEP was never enforced, and so badly not enforced that I just won a big lawsuit with Twin Ridges school district because of their, or the charter school's, lack of paying attention to my son's IEP," the father said at the public hearing.

Talk about it! Talk about the lawsuit in the OpenWaldorf forums!
