A Circuit Court of Appeals judge ruled that a Waldorf critics organization has standing to pursue their lawsuit in federal court. "Standing" means they have a right to sue. You might also want to check out this story from The Union (the local paper from Grass Valley, CA) and a story in the Sacramento Bee.
